Ashley Everett

Ashley Chrisha Marie Everett (born April 19, 1989) is an American dancer and actress. She gained prominence as the lead backup dancer and dance captain for Beyoncé, and has collaborated with notable artists such as Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo, Tina Turner, Ciara, Sean Paul, and Anitta. Everett's career took off when she met Beyoncé's choreographer, Frank Gatson, Jr., at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in 2007. Following an audition, she joined The Beyoncé Experience Tour at the age of 17, dropping out of Juilliard School. By 2009, at just 19 years old, she became dance captain. Everett has since worked on every major Beyoncé concert tour, numerous music videos, TV commercials, and has expanded her career to include acting.
