Despite initially working at Oriental Insurance, Kale eventually pursued a career in music and acting. He gained popularity after being offered the lead role in the English commercial play 'All the Best' and received a call from renowned director Mahesh Manjrekar, leading to his acting debut. Kale has also directed movies like 'Matichya Chuli,' 'De Dhakka,' and 'Shahanpan Dega Deva.'
