Aviva Armour-Ostroff Biography
Aviva Armour-Ostroff is a Canadian actress, writer, and filmmaker. She gained recognition for her role as the star, co-writer, and co-director of the 2021 film 'Lune,' earning her a nomination for Best Actress at the 10th Canadian Screen Awards in 2022. Previously, she served as the producer of Toronto's Lab Cab theatre festival. Armour-Ostroff has been nominated twice for the Dora Mavor Moore Award, once for her solo performance in Deirdre Kinahan's play 'Moment' in 2015, and another for her ensemble work in Stef Smith's play 'Human Animals' in 2019. She is married to Arturo Pérez Torres, with whom she co-directed both 'The Drawer Boy' and 'Lune.'
