Bamidele Ali
Bamidele Ali (born November 1, 1976) is a former gridiron football defensive end who played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. From 1999 to 2000, he played 24 regular season games for the Roughriders, recording 73 tackles, seven sacks, and three interceptions. Prior to his professional career, Ali played college football for the Kentucky Wildcats, where he initially walked-on and later earned a sports scholarship. He excelled as a defensive end in 1997, recording seven sacks and earning a spot on the 'Unsung Hero All-America Team' by the College Football Chronicle. Ali also holds a degree in electrical engineering and mathematics and has worked as an engineer specializing in 3D printing after his football career.
