Barbara Broccoli Biography
Barbara Dana Broccoli (born June 18, 1960) is a British-American film and stage producer. She is widely recognized for her work on the James Bond film series, which she oversees alongside her half-brother Michael G. Wilson. Born in Los Angeles, Broccoli was raised in London and attended Lady Eden's school in Kensington. She earned her degree in motion picture and television communications from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. In 1995, Broccoli and Wilson took over Eon Productions, the production company responsible for the James Bond films, from their father Cubby Broccoli. Barbara Broccoli has been honored with the Order of the British Empire (OBE) and Commander of the Order of the British Empire for her contributions to the film industry.
