Barbara Townsend

Barbara Townsend (August 4, 1913 – January 29, 2002) was an American film and television actress. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Mildred Potter in the series AfterMASH. Townsend appeared in several notable films including One Good Cop, Hard to Kill, and Annihilator. Throughout her career, she made appearances in popular TV shows such as Murder, She Wrote, Northern Exposure, Civil Wars, Quantum Leap, Mama's Family, Hunter, St. Elsewhere, Mr. Belvedere, Highway to Heaven, Knight Rider, Remington Steele, Little House on the Prairie, The Streets of San Francisco, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
