Ben Shewry

Ben Shewry (born 1977) is a New Zealand chef and owner of Attica restaurant in Melbourne. He grew up in the North Taranaki town of Waitara and began working in the culinary industry at a young age. Shewry's cooking is influenced by his childhood surroundings and he is known for his use of indigenous ingredients from Australia and New Zealand.
