Bill Hemmer, born William G. Hemmer on November 14, 1964, is an American journalist known for his work as the co-anchor of America's Newsroom on the Fox News Channel. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Hemmer grew up as the middle child and second son in a family of five children. He attended Our Lady of Victory Catholic parochial school before graduating from Elder High School in 1983. Hemmer's interest in broadcasting began during his senior year when he and a friend started a radio program. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Hemmer is highly respected for his contributions to television journalism.
