Blake Mycoskie

Blake Mycoskie (born August 26, 1976) is an American entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist. He is best known as the founder of Toms Shoes, a company that donates a pair of shoes to a child in need for every pair sold. Mycoskie is also the co-founder of Madefor, a company that offers a personalized 10-month program to help individuals optimize their mental and physical well-being. Born in Arlington, Texas, Mycoskie attended St. Stephen's Episcopal School before graduating from Southern Methodist University. He started his first business, EZ Laundry, while in college and later sold it. Mycoskie's dedication to social entrepreneurship and philanthropy has made him a prominent figure in the business world.
