Brandon Michael Davis, born on May 8, 1990, is an American mixed martial artist who competed in the Bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Davis began his training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 20, during his time at Mississippi State University. After just four months of training, he had his first fight. Eventually, he transitioned to mixed martial arts (MMA) and joined Dana White's Contender Series, where he earned a contract with the UFC. Davis fought mostly in the southern region, particularly in Mississippi. He participated in Dana White's Contender Series 4 in 2017, winning his fight against Austin Arnett and securing a contract with the UFC. Prior to joining the UFC, he achieved a record of 8-2, on a seven-fight winning streak.
