Brendan Hill Biography
Brendan Colin Charles Hill is an English-born American musician, best known as the drummer and co-founder of the jam band Blues Traveler. Born on March 27, 1970, in London, England, Hill attended Princeton High School in New Jersey, where he met harmonica player John Popper, forming the group Blues Band. They later renamed themselves Blues Traveler and gained popularity with the additions of Chan Kinchla and Bobby Sheehan. After graduating, Hill studied music at The New School for Social Research. Currently residing on Bainbridge Island, Washington, Hill owns a retail marijuana store called Paper and Leaf. He plays Yamaha drums and Zildjian cymbals and also drums for the band Stolen Ogre in his spare time.
