Brendon Morris Hartley is a New Zealand professional racing driver currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing. Born on 10th November 1989 in Palmerston North, Hartley comes from a family deeply involved in motorsport, with his father Brian being a former racer. He started his racing journey in kart racing at the age of six, inspired by his brother Nelson's pursuits. Hartley achieved notable success in endurance racing, winning the 2015 and 2017 FIA World Endurance Championship titles, as well as the 2017, 2020, and 2022 24 Hours of Le Mans. He also had a brief stint in Formula One, debuting in the 2017 United States Grand Prix for Scuderia Toro Rosso.
