Brian McCormack

Brian McCormack is a Gaelic footballer and hurler from County Laois. He plays for the Portlaoise club and is known for his position as a wing back for the Laois senior football team. McCormack made his debut in the inter-county GAA scene in 1997, playing for the Laois minor squad that retained the All-Ireland Minor Football Championship. He also represented the Laois senior county hurling team. Notably, McCormack captained Portlaoise to victory in the Leinster Club title in 2009. Throughout his career, he has achieved 15 Laois Senior Football club titles and 1 Laois Senior Hurling club title. In 2013, during a league game against Stradbally, he suffered a mouth injury and required dental intervention.
