Brooke Williamson
Brooke Williamson (born 1978) is an American chef and restaurateur. She gained recognition after winning season 14 of the US television reality cooking competition series Top Chef. Born in Los Angeles, Williamson developed an early interest in cooking and worked as a teacher's assistant at the Epicurean Institute of Los Angeles at age 15. She later attended the University of Colorado Boulder and the Culinary Institute of America. Williamson's culinary career took off when she became a sous chef at Michael's in Santa Monica at the age of 19. She has since owned several successful Los Angeles-area restaurants, including Amuse Café and Hudson House. Williamson's accomplishments and expertise have solidified her status as a prominent figure in the culinary world.
