Bryan Norcross is a television meteorologist, hurricane specialist, and contributor in the United States. He currently works for Fox Weather in New York City and previously served as a hurricane specialist for The Weather Channel in Atlanta. Norcross gained recognition as the chief meteorologist for WTVJ-TV in Miami, Florida, particularly for his coverage of Hurricane Andrew in 1992. He later became the Director of Meteorology for WFOR-TV and a hurricane analyst for CBS News. From 1996 to 2007, he was a regular presence on CBS's national newscasts during hurricane season. In 2008, Norcross co-founded America's Emergency Network with Max Mayfield. Born on November 24, 1950, he has made significant contributions to weather reporting and analysis throughout his career.
