Buddy Stephens

Wofford Oran 'Buddy' Stephens Jr. is an American football coach who is currently the head coach at East Mississippi Community College (EMCC). With an overall record of 133-21, Stephens is the NJCAA all-time leader in winning percentage (.864). He has won five NJCAA national championships and coached notable NFL players such as Chad Kelly, Jarran Reed, and Dakota Allen. Stephens gained widespread recognition as the head coach in the first two seasons of the Netflix series Last Chance U. Known for his many championships at EMCC, he has won more games at the school than any other coach in history. EMCC is currently in talks to have a statue erected in his honor.
