Byron Foulger Biography
Byron Kay Foulger (August 27, 1898 – April 4, 1970) was an American character actor known for his work in stage, film, and television. Over a career spanning 50 years, Foulger appeared in hundreds of productions. Born in Ogden, Utah, he was the second of four children. Foulger completed his education at the University of Utah, where he discovered his passion for acting through community theatre. He made his Broadway debut in 1920 and went on to tour with Moroni Olsen's stock company. In the early 1930s, Foulger worked at the Pasadena Playhouse as an actor and assistant director. Foulger was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
