    Cameron McDonald (22 June 1940 – 13 February 2014) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Footscray in the Victorian Football League (VFL). He was known as a follower and played in the 1961 VFL Grand Final, although his team unfortunately lost to Hawthorn. In 1961, McDonald attempted to transfer to Collingwood, but his request was denied. Despite this setback, he remained dedicated to his role with Footscray. McDonald's career in football showcased his skills and passion for the sport, making him a respected figure in the VFL during his playing years.
