Cesar Garcia

Cesar P. Garcia, Jr. is a former Director-General of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency of the Republic of the Philippines. He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in the class of 1970. Garcia resigned from his position on 20 August 2008 due to arthritis, and was succeeded by Major General Pedro Cabuay. However, on 9 July 2010, he was appointed as National Security Adviser by President Benigno Aquino III.
