Charles Victor (10 February 1896 – 23 December 1965) was a British actor known for his appearances in numerous film and television roles from 1931 to 1965. Born as Charles Victor Harvey in Southport, Lancashire, England, he came from a family of English music hall entertainers. Victor started his career in a song-and-dance act with his father and later ventured into English musical comedy. In 1929, he joined the Birmingham Repertory Theatre for a decade. Throughout his career, Victor appeared in over 100 films, playing a wide range of roles. Notable examples include his lead role in the comedy 'There's Always a Thursday' (1957) and a bit part in the biopic 'After the Ball' (1957).
