Chase Anderson

Chase Anderson, born November 30, 1987, is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has played for various teams including the Arizona Diamondbacks, Milwaukee Brewers, Toronto Blue Jays, Philadelphia Phillies, Cincinnati Reds, and Tampa Bay Rays. Anderson was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, and attended S. H. Rider High School where he excelled as a pitcher, achieving notable accomplishments such as pitching three no-hitters in his senior year and setting a school record for career strikeouts. After playing at North Central Texas College, he transferred to the University of Oklahoma before being selected by the Diamondbacks in the ninth round of the 2009 MLB Draft.
