Christopher Michael Cillizza (born February 20, 1976) is an American political commentator and former television news personality. He worked for CNN from 2017 to 2022, where he wrote and made onscreen appearances. Prior to his time at CNN, Cillizza was a political blogger for The Washington Post's daily political blog, The Fix. He also contributed to the Post on political issues, appeared as a panelist on Meet the Press, and served as an MSNBC political analyst. Cillizza is known for his work in the field of political commentary and analysis. He is also a co-host of The Tony Kornheiser Show, a sports podcast. Cillizza was born and raised in Marlborough, Connecticut, and attended The Loomis Chaffee School and Georgetown University, where he graduated with a B.A. in English.
