Chris Cosentino

Chris Cosentino is an American celebrity chef and reality television personality known for his appearances on popular cooking shows such as Top Chef Masters, The Next Iron Chef, and Iron Chef America. With a focus on haute cuisine offal dishes, he gained recognition as the winner of Top Chef Masters and was the chef-partner at the renowned restaurant Incanto in San Francisco. Cosentino's culinary expertise lies in his innovative interpretations of classic San Francisco dishes, showcased at his restaurant Cockscomb. He has also authored the cookbook Offal Good: Cooking from the Heart, with Guts, and maintains an offal-themed website called 'Offal Good'. Raised in Rhode Island, he is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University.
