Christian Fraser Biography
Christian James Fraser (born 13 November 1973) is a British journalist, newsreader, writer, and broadcaster. He is currently a senior news correspondent and chief presenter for BBC News. With a specialization in news and current affairs, Fraser has served as a foreign correspondent for the BBC in Nairobi, Rome, Cairo, and Paris. He is based in London and presents on major international stories. Since the inauguration of Donald Trump, Fraser has co-hosted Beyond 100 Days alongside Katty Kay, which is broadcast worldwide on BBC World News and on the BBC News Channel and BBC Four in the UK. Fraser was born in Burnley, Lancashire, and attended Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Blackburn. He graduated in Spanish and Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University. Fraser began his career as a trainee reporter for Trinity Mirror in 1995, working for the Sunday Mirror and the Daily Mirror.
