Christina Tosi

Christina Tosi (born 1981) is an American chef, cookbook author, and entrepreneur. She is the founder and co-owner of Milk Bar, a dessert shop, and serves as its chef and CEO. Tosi gained recognition for her innovative approach to baking and has authored several cookbooks. She has been recognized for her contributions to the culinary industry, winning two James Beard Foundation awards. Tosi has appeared as a judge on the reality competition show MasterChef and hosted the Netflix series Bake Squad. Born in Berea, Ohio, Tosi developed a passion for baking from a young age and was influenced by her grandmothers' baking skills. She is known for creating unique desserts such as Milk Bar Pie and Cereal Milk.
