    Christopher Charles Collins (August 30, 1949 – June 12, 1994), known professionally as Christopher Collins, was an American actor and stand-up comedian. He gained recognition for his voice roles as Cobra Commander in the G.I. Joe animated series and Starscream in the first Transformers animated series. Collins also made guest appearances in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. He provided the voices for Moe Szyslak and Mr. Burns in the first season of The Simpsons. Beyond his voice acting work, Collins had a successful career in stand-up comedy. Born in Orange, New Jersey, he grew up in Manhattan, New York City. Collins passed away on June 12, 1994.
