    Clare Smyth is a Northern Irish chef and the Chef Patron of three Michelin starred restaurant Core by Clare Smyth. Born on November 28, 1978, she achieved great success as the Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay from 2012 to 2016, earning accolades such as the Chef of the Year award in 2013 and a perfect score in the 2015 edition of the Good Food Guide. Smyth has showcased her culinary skills on popular television shows like Masterchef and Saturday Kitchen. Notably, she catered at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018. With the opening of her restaurant Core in 2017, Smyth became the first Northern Irish woman to receive three Michelin stars. Additionally, she recently opened her second restaurant, Oncore, in Sydney, gaining Three Hats honor and becoming the first female chef to achieve three Michelin stars and become a Three-Hatted Chef.
