    Damon Daunno Biography
    Damon Daunno (born November 28, 1984) is an American actor, musician, and composer. He gained recognition for his work on Broadway, particularly for portraying Curly McLain in the 2019 revival of the musical Oklahoma! This performance earned him a Tony nomination for Best Actor in a Musical and a Grammy nomination for Best Musical Theater Album. Daunno was born in Whippany, New Jersey, and raised in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. He attended Glen Ridge High School and later transferred to the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. After graduating from Loomis Chaffee, he pursued a BFA in drama at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Daunno also originated the role of Orpheus in the off-Broadway production of Hadestown in 2016.
