Dana Rohrabacher

Dana Tyrone Rohrabacher is an American former politician who served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1989 to 2019. A Republican, he represented CA's 48th congressional district for his last three terms. Born on June 21, 1947, in Coronado, California, Rohrabacher graduated from Palos Verdes High School and earned a bachelor's degree in history from California State University, Long Beach. He also received a master's degree in American Studies from the University of Southern California. With strong pro-Russia and pro-Putin opinions, Rohrabacher's relationship with Vladimir Putin and the Russian government has raised questions. He was defeated by Democrat Harley Rouda in 2018.
