Danny Tartabull
Danny Tartabull, born on October 30, 1962, is a former professional baseball player from Cuba and Puerto Rico. He played as a right fielder and designated hitter in Major League Baseball for 14 seasons. Tartabull began his career with the Seattle Mariners (1984-1986) before moving on to play for the Kansas City Royals (1987-1991), New York Yankees (1992-1995), Oakland Athletics (1995), Chicago White Sox (1996), and Philadelphia Phillies (1997). He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is the son of former MLB player José Tartabull. Tartabull attended Miami Carol City Senior High School and was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 1980 MLB draft.
