Darya Ekamasova Biography
Darya Nikolaevna Ekamasova (born 20 May 1984) is a Russian theater and film actress. She gained recognition for her roles in movies such as Once Upon a Time There Lived a Simple Woman (2011), Free Floating (2006), and Celestial Wives of the Meadow Mari (2012). Darya was also featured in the television mini-series Kuprin. Yama (2014). Notably, she portrayed Sofia Kovalenko in the fifth and sixth seasons of The Americans (2017-2018). Darya was born in Moscow and attended the Russian University of Theatre Arts, studying under Aleksandr Porokhovschikov. She made her debut in Vladimir Ageev's play 'Captive Spirits' and has appeared in acclaimed plays like 'Life is Good' and '18th Hour'.
