Dave Arnold

Dave Arnold (born 1971) is a renowned food scientist, writer, and culinary innovator. He is best known as the founder and president of the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) and the host of the popular radio show Cooking Issues. With a background in philosophy and performance sculpture, Arnold's journey into the food world began when he started experimenting with restaurant equipment.
