David Muller
David Muller is an Israeli physician and academic. He is best known as the co-founder of the Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors Program (VDP) in 1996, which has become the largest academic physician home visiting program in the country. Muller currently serves as the Dean for Medical Education and holds the Marietta and Charles C. Morchand Chair in Medical Education at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is also an Associate Professor of Medicine and Medical Education. In addition, Muller is a senior advisor and co-founder of The Arnhold Global Health Institute, a division of The Mount Sinai Medical Center that focuses on solving global health problems with evidence-based solutions. Born in 1964 in Tel Aviv, Israel, Muller obtained his BA from Johns Hopkins University in 1986 and his M.D. from the New York University School of Medicine in 1991. He completed his postdoctoral training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.
