David O'Hara

David O'Hara is a Scottish stage and character actor, born on July 9, 1965. He is well-known for his supporting roles in various high-profile films, including Braveheart, The Departed, Wanted, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1. O'Hara also appeared as Det. Danny 'Mac' McGregor on The District and portrayed Henry Howard, Earl of Surrey on The Tudors. Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, he grew up in the Pollok Housing Estate in a large Catholic family of Irish descent. O'Hara attended the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. With a strong background in theater, he has established himself as a versatile and talented actor in both film and television.
