Denyse Alexander

Denyse Alexander, born Denyse Verena Macpherson on June 28, 1931, is a British stage, film, and television actress. She is best known for her roles in various movies such as 'Orders to Kill' (1958), 'The Medusa Touch' (1978), 'The Sailor's Return' (1978), and 'Lady Jane' (1986). Throughout her career, Denyse has also made appearances in popular TV shows including 'Inspector Morse', 'Foyle's War', 'Fawlty Towers' (episode: The Anniversary, 1979), 'Midsomer Murders', 'Dramarama', and 'Heavy Weather' (TV film adaptation of Sir P. G. Wodehouse's book). Denyse was married to film and television director Jack Gold from 1957 until his death in August 2015.
