Dick Miller Biography
Dick Miller (1928-2019) was an American character actor known for his appearances in over 180 films. He frequently collaborated with director Roger Corman and later worked with directors such as Joe Dante, James Cameron, and Martin Scorsese. In fact, Miller appeared in every film directed by Dante. He was often cast as the beleaguered everyman, showcasing his talent for one-scene appearances. Some of his notable roles include Gremlins, The Terminator, and The 'Burbs. Miller was born on December 25, 1928, in The Bronx, New York, to Russian Jewish immigrants. He served in the United States Navy before pursuing a career in acting.
