Elena Arzak

Elena Arzak (born 4 July 1969) is a renowned Basque chef. She is the joint head chef of the three Michelin-starred restaurant Arzak, along with her father, Juan Mari Arzak. In 2012, she was honored with the title of Best Female Chef in the World. Elena's culinary journey began at the young age of 11, when she started working at her family's restaurant. She trained at various esteemed establishments, such as Le Gavroche in London under Albert Roux, and La Maison Troisgros and Le Louis XV under Alain Ducasse. Elena's expertise and commitment to her craft have made her a prominent figure in the culinary world.
