Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she has made appearances on various news programs, including Fox News Channel's The Strategy Room and The Long and Short of It. Ratner also served as the bureau chief for Talk Media News, covering the White House and providing radio commentary on over 400 stations across the US. She is the author of several books, including 'Ready, Set, Talk! A Guide to Getting Your Message Heard by Millions on Talk Radio, Talk Television, and Talk Internet' (2006) and 'The Other Side of the Family: A Book for Recovery from Abuse, Incest and Neglect' (1990).
