Ellie Moon

Ellie Moon is a Canadian-British actress, playwright, and screenwriter. She gained recognition for her work in the feature film 'Adult Adoption' (2022), where she wrote the screenplay and starred in the film. Moon's plays have been published with Talonbooks and she has acted in various theatre productions in London, UK, including performances at the Bush Theatre and the Tristan Bates Theatre. After moving to Toronto, Moon became a member of the acting company at Soulpepper Theatre Company in 2016–2017, and made her playwriting debut with 'Asking For It', which received critical acclaim. Moon has a dual citizenship of the UK and Canada and grew up in Kingsville, Ontario.
