Emily Jackson

Emily Meg Jackson is a British legal scholar specializing in medical law. Born on December 28, 1966, in London, England, she has been a professor of Law at the London School of Economics since 2007 and Head of its Law Department since 2012. Jackson has also conducted research and lectured at various institutions, including the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford, St Catharine's College at the University of Cambridge, Birkbeck College at the University of London, and Queen Mary, University of London. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in jurisprudence from Brasenose College, Oxford, which she obtained in 1989.
