Emily Nelson is a former English professional racing cyclist, born on 10 November 1996. She gained recognition as part of Britain's Team Pursuit squad at the UCI Juniors Track World Championships in 2013. Alongside Hayley Jones, Amy Hill, and Emily Kay, they broke the senior world record in the qualifying heat with a time of 4:38.708. In the final, they surpassed their own record again, winning the gold medal and becoming world champions. In 2017, Nelson showcased her skills on the road, winning the third round of the Matrix Fitness Grand Prix Series and finishing second at the Lincoln Grand Prix. Her sister, Josie, also pursued a career in cycling and rode for Trinity Racing in 2021.
