Enrique Olvera

Enrique Olvera (born 1976) is a Mexican chef and the owner of Pujol, a renowned restaurant in Mexico City. Known for his innovative approach to Mexican cuisine, Olvera has garnered international acclaim. His restaurant, Pujol, currently ranks 9th in the world according to The World's 50 Best Restaurants listing for 2021. Olvera's culinary expertise has been featured on various television shows, including Netflix's Chef's Table, where he appeared in Season 2, Episode 4. He also served as a judge on the first episode of the 2018 Netflix series The Final Table. Additionally, Olvera made appearances on Netflix's Somebody Feed Phil, MasterChef UK, Amazon's Pan y Circo, and Ugly Delicious' episode on tacos.
