Eric Adjepong
Eric Adjepong is an American chef, television personality, and author. He gained recognition as a finalist on season 16 of the television series Top Chef: Kentucky. Adjepong, who hails from the Bronx, New York City, is of Ghanaian descent. He holds a degree in culinary arts and nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, as well as a master’s of public health degree in international public health nutrition from the University of Westminster. Adjepong's culinary interests lie in American South, West African, Caribbean, and South American cuisines. He co-owns the catering company Pinch and Plate in Washington, D.C., along with his wife Janell. Adjepong has made appearances on various Food Network television shows, including hosting Alex vs. America.
