Ezra Furman

Ezra Furman (born September 5, 1986) is an American musician and songwriter. She gained prominence as the lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Ezra Furman and the Harpoons, active from 2006 to 2011. The band released four albums, including Mysterious Power in 2011. Furman embarked on a solo career after the band's breakup. She has since released several albums, including Day of the Dog (2013), Perpetual Motion People (2015), Transangelic Exodus (2018), and All of Us Flames (2022). In addition to her music, Furman has contributed parts of the soundtrack for all four seasons of the Netflix series Sex Education.
