Frank Ocean

Frank Ocean, born Christopher Francis Ocean on October 28, 1987, is an American singer, songwriter, and rapper. He gained recognition for his avant-garde musical style and introspective lyrics. Ocean has received numerous awards, including two Grammy Awards and a Brit Award for International Male Solo Artist. His two studio albums, including Channel Orange, have been acclaimed and listed on Rolling Stone's '500 Greatest Albums of All Time' (2020). Before his solo career, Ocean worked as a ghostwriter and became a member of the hip hop collective Odd Future. His debut mixtape, Nostalgia, Ultra, was released in 2011, followed by a recording contract with Def Jam Recordings.
