Freddie Roach

Frederick Steven Roach, born on March 5, 1960, is an American boxing trainer and former professional boxer. Regarded as one of the best boxing trainers of all time, Roach has coached renowned fighters such as Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Julio César Chávez Jr., James Toney, Georges St-Pierre, and Lucia Rijker. He has also trained Amir Khan. Roach's training career began under the guidance of his father, Paul Roach, and he has since established himself as a prominent figure in the boxing world. Prior to his training career, Roach was involved in numerous street fights during his youth, with over 300 encounters.
