Fyfe Dangerfield Biography
Fyfe Antony Dangerfield Hutchins, born on July 7, 1980, is an English musician and songwriter. He is best known as the founding member of the indie rock band Guillemots. Dangerfield was born in Moseley, Birmingham, and later moved to Bromsgrove at the age of eight. He studied at Bromsgrove School where he was also the singer in the band Their Senseless Prayer. Additionally, Dangerfield worked as a music teacher at Cranbrook College for a brief period. He has composed several choral pieces, including a setting of Christina Rossetti's 'A Better Resurrection' performed at The Lichfield Festival in 2000. Dangerfield's talents have been recognized through various commissions, performances, and appearances on BBC Radio 3 and Classic FM.
