Geetanjali Thapa

Geetanjali Thapa is an Indian actress known for her work in Hindi films. Before entering the film industry, she worked as a professional model. Thapa made her feature film debut in 2010 with 'Tina Ki Chaabi'. Her breakthrough came with the film 'I.D.' directed by Kamal KM, for which she won Best Actress awards at the Los Angeles Film Festival and the Madrid Film Festival. She gained international recognition for her role in the Hindi noir thriller 'Monsoon Shootout', which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013. Thapa also appeared in Anurag Kashyap's short film 'That Day After Everyday'. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2013 for her performance in 'Liar's Dice'.
