George Alvarez

George Alvarez is a Cuban-American actor known for his work on the soap operas General Hospital, Port Charles, and Guiding Light. Born in Cuba, Alvarez and his family emigrated to the United States in the 1950s, settling in West New York, New Jersey. He graduated from Memorial High School and studied advertising at Parsons School of Design in Manhattan. However, Alvarez ultimately decided to pursue acting to express his artistic side. He began his acting career at Studio 54 and responded to a casting call for a film, kickstarting his passion for acting. Since then, he has performed in various theater productions in New York.
