Glenn Ferguson (born 10 July 1969) is a Northern Irish former football player and manager. He amassed over 1,000 domestic appearances, playing for Ards, Glenavon, Linfield, and Lisburn Distillery. Ferguson scored a total of 563 goals, making him the second-highest goalscorer in Northern Irish football history. He was capped 5 times by Northern Ireland. During his 24-year career, Ferguson won 31 winner's medals. As a manager, he spent five years with Ballymena United, winning the County Antrim Shield twice. Ferguson was born on 10 July 1969 in the Ulster Hospital Dundonald. Nicknamed 'Spike,' he joined Linfield in 1998 for a record transfer fee of £55,000.
